A high-growth technology consulting and managed services business is looking for an ambitious SDR Player / Manager to lead from the front and help shape the next phase of its commercial growth. This is not a “sit back and manage” role. You’ll personally contribute to outbound activity while coaching and developing a small SDR team, building the foundations of a scalable sales development function. If you are someone who enjoys mentoring others, thrives in outbound sales, and wants genuine progression into Sales Leadership, this is a rare opportunity to build something with real influence.

- Drive pipeline generation across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Work closely with marketing to improve campaign quality and conversion
- Use data and CRM insights to optimise outreach performance and sequencing
- Support onboarding and enablement for future SDR hires as the team grows
- Engage senior stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, and IT leaders
This role offers a genuine chance to shape how the business approaches sales development moving forward.

- Track record of consistently exceeding KPIs and targets
- Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior decision-makers
- CRM and sales engagement platform experience (HubSpot advantageous)
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and improve processes
Bonus Points For

- Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision making
- Opportunity to build and shape an SDR function from the ground up
- Vendor training, certifications, and enablement opportunities
- Competitive commission structure plus management bonus
- Hybrid working from a central London office
This role would suit a high-performing SDR or Senior SDR ready for their first leadership step, or an existing SDR Team Lead who still enjoys being hands-on commercially.
