In this role, you’ll mentor junior team members, craft partnership strategies, manage lead distribution, and drive the growth and performance of our SDR team. Oversee SDRs’ daily activities, set performance targets, and manage recruitment processes.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, onboard new team members, and provide mentorship with detailed product knowledge. Partner with Business Managers and internal teams to create educational content—such as presentations, sales scripts, and product updates—and design engaging training sessions with interactive elements.
Strategic Outreach: Lead strategic prospecting efforts, target key industry players, and refine outreach strategies for optimal impact.
Sales Expertise: 3+ years in sales.
Leadership: Ideally 1-2 years in a leadership role, although if you are selling at a consistent level and have a passion for progression into management, this could be right for you!
