As a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in aligning our new business, marketing, and customer success operations to drive scalable growth and optimize revenue performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and strategy.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This is a critical role that will own the engine of our revenue organisation.
You will be responsible for two core functions:
- Salesforce Data Integrity: Ensuring our Salesforce data is clean, accurate, and a reliable source of truth for the entire company.
- Analytics & Reporting: Transforming that data into actionable insights, reports, and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate is a Salesforce power-user who loves living in data, identifying trends, and helping teams win by providing them with the right information at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce & Data Management: Serve as a primary administrator for our Salesforce Sales Cloud instance. Manage all aspects of data integrity, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and enrichment. Proactively audit and monitor data quality, implementing validation rules and processes to maintain hygiene. Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, fields, and other configurations. Troubleshoot Salesforce issues for users, providing prompt and helpful support. Assist in managing the integration of our GTM tech stack with Salesforce (e.g., marketing automation, sales engagement tools).
- Analytics & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain all key sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce and our Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Analyse and report on key revenue metrics, including pipeline health, funnel conversion rates, sales velocity, and rep performance. Track core KPIs such as ARR, Churn Rate, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Develop and manage sales forecasting models in collaboration with sales leadership and finance. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer strategic questions from leadership (e.g., "Why is our win rate down?" or "Which lead sources provide the highest-value deals?"). Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format to stakeholders across the business.
- Forecasting & Planning: Support quarterly and annual revenue planning with data-driven models and scenarios. Help drive accountability through KPI tracking and regular business reviews.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 2-4+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud), especially with reporting, dashboards, data management (Data Loader), and workflows.
- Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) for building and maintaining dashboards.
- Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to analyse complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Extreme attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Desirable (Nice-to-Have):
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin or Advanced Admin).
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or developer-focused company.
- Familiarity with the broader sales/marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, SalesLoft).
