Our team at Flourish is partnering with a number of high growth technology businesses across the UK and EMEA who are hiring Revenue Leaders to help scale their commercial functions. These businesses range from Series A–D SaaS companies and AI platforms to established enterprise software providers and founder led tech organisations building structured revenue teams for the first time.
These positions sit across SDR leadership, BDR management, and Customer Success leadership, combining hands on contribution with team leadership responsibility.
- Leading teams of SDRs, BDRs, or Customer Success Managers
- Running regular coaching sessions, 1:1s, and performance reviews
- Creating a high performance, accountable, and supportive culture
- Leading from the front in pipeline generation, customer conversations, or deal support
