Flourish are on the hunt for 2x BDRs for our client in Alderley Edge. This is an opportunity to join a well-established tech company who focus on revolutionizing how businesses market and conduct their recruitment processes. The business is a market leader in recruitment agency and employer brand work. They specialise in every aspect, from the strategy to the SaaS platform that powers their websites. As a BDE, you will focus on generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. Your goal is to take these qualified leads and nurture them into the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and CEO by handing over qualified leads for the team to close. Your success will be measured by the number of sales-qualified leads that you collect each month.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative:

  • Booking outbound meetings and arranging product demos to showcase our offering to potential customers through avenues such as cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking.
  • Generate new sales opportunities.
