Flourish are partnering with a rapidly growing cybersecurity company in Leeds on the hunt for an SDR manager to lead five BDEs. Base salary (DOE) - Β£70K-Β£80K + performance bonuses.

They are a group of UK-based cyber security, digital forensic investigation and e-Discovery specialists with more than a decade of experience and extensive certified expertise, brought together to deliver industry leading end-to-end protection for organisations that demand excellence. From Managed Security Services and Incident Response to Digital Forensics, e-Discovery, Forensic Case Management, Compliance and Consultancy, they combine deep expertise with cutting-edge capability.

You will be a BDE manager, mentoring, leading and coaching a new team of Junior BDEs who will be focused on outbound activity driving the sale of cybersecurity services.

Working closely with the Sales Director, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDEs through regular 1:1s, call coaching, and performance reviews
  • Build and refine outreach sequences, messaging, and SDR playbooks
  • Drive pipeline generation across mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Work closely with marketing to improve campaign quality and conversion
  • Use data and CRM insights to optimise outreach performance and sequencing
  • Support onboarding and enablement for future SDR hires as the team grows

Proven ability to sell similar services, proven experience in SDR management within cybersecurity, data-driven sales management style, ability to coach and develop junior sales talent, strong commercial awareness, networking ability, high accountability, and performance management mindset.
