You’ll join a fast‑paced Network Sales Team, developing new business within a defined Leeds territory. No previous sales experience is required — full training, coaching, and ongoing support will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

The Role

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective SME customers
  • Speak with business owners to understand their needs and introduce suitable logistics solutions
  • Manage activity and progress through a CRM system
  • Work towards clear monthly and quarterly targets
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth go‑live experience
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience

Salary & Location

  • Salary: £28,000 – £34,000
  • Commission: Uncapped, £20,000 OTE
  • Car Allowance: £4,500 per annum
