This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who enjoys speaking with people, stays resilient in the face of rejection, and is motivated by achieving results. You’ll join a fast‑paced Network Sales Team, developing new business within a defined Leeds territory. No previous sales experience is required — full training, coaching, and ongoing support will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

The Role

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective SME customers
  • Speak with business owners to understand their needs and introduce suitable logistics solutions
  • Manage activity and progress through a CRM system
  • Work towards clear monthly and quarterly targets
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth go‑live experience
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience

Salary & Location

  • Salary: £28,000 – £34,000
  • Commission: Uncapped, £20,000 OTE
  • Car Allowance: £4,500 per annum
  • Location: Leeds (area‑based)
  • Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
