The Role
- You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, acting as the first point of contact and creating high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you’ll gain direct exposure to enterprise-level sales and benefit from structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and hands‑on learning.
- This is a foundational position with clear progression into Account Executive, Customer Success, or broader GTM leadership roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting into target accounts using email, phone, LinkedIn, and outbound tools
- Qualifying inbound leads from trials and marketing activity
- Running initial discovery conversations and booking meetings for Account Executives
- Delivering clear, high-level introductions to an AI-powered IT and security platform
- Capturing detailed insights to support strong sales conversations and demos
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Learning to handle objections and improve conversion rates
- Staying up to date with product developments, buyer personas, and the wider tech landscape
- Feeding market insights back into messaging and outbound strategy
