The Role

As a Lead Generator, you will operate in a full 360 capacity, managing the entire sales journey from first contact through to conversion. You will:

  • Prospect and engage new potential clients through outbound activity
  • Initiate conversations and generate interest in services
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Present suitable solutions to decision-makers
  • Close smaller deals independently
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients post-sale

Salary & Earnings

£5,000–£7,000 realistic bonus in year one. Earning potential increases as you develop into more senior sales roles.
