About the opportunity

We’re hiring Lead Generators to join a growing IT services provider supporting SMEs across the UK with essential technology solutions. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position focused on creating high-quality opportunities for the senior sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of the sales process, engaging decision-makers, identifying business challenges, and opening conversations around IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

Industry focus

You’ll work with SMEs across the UK, introducing a range of IT services including managed support, cloud solutions, connectivity, and cybersecurity. Your role is to help businesses recognise gaps in their current setup and connect them with solutions that improve performance, security, and scalability.

What you’ll be doing

  • Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Speaking with business owners and IT decision-makers to understand their current setup
  • Identifying pain points around IT, security, and infrastructure
  • Booking qualified meetings for Business Development Managers
  • Building and managing your own pipeline of prospects
  • Working towards activity and opportunity-based targets
