We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join a growing company within the shipping and logistics sector. This is a full sales-cycle role where you’ll have real ownership of your pipeline—from prospecting through to closing and account development. If you’re confident, driven, and enjoy being out meeting clients rather than sitting behind a desk, this is a great opportunity to build a highly rewarding career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions
  • Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts
