We’re looking for a confident, curious, and driven individual to join our Manchester team as a Key Account Manager. You don’t need prior experience – just the right mindset. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow.

We’re looking for empathetic communicators who can build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions to support small businesses.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and building relationships with new and existing clients across the UK
  • Acting as a key point of contact for your accounts, supporting them with their needs
  • Listening to clients and understanding their challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value to your customers
  • Working closely with senior account managers and sales professionals
  • Learning how to manage accounts effectively and spot commercial opportunities
  • Working towards targets and earning commission from day one
