The Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you will focus on generating new business through cold outreach and building strong initial relationships with potential clients. You’ll work closely with our onboarding and service teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting prospective clients via phone, email, and online platforms
- Introducing our services and identifying business needs
- Booking appointments and passing qualified leads to senior account managers
- Working towards clear targets with full training and support
