The Role:

We’re looking for a high-performing Junior Account Executives to join our fast-paced commercial team. Based in our Guildford office, you’ll work directly with a Regional Sales Manager and support the wider sales team by owning and closing transactional sales opportunities, from prospecting to deal close. This role is perfect for a senior SDR or BDR ready to take the next step into a closing sales role. You’ll manage your own pipeline, carry a monthly revenue quota, and work both independently and in collaboration with field-based Account Executives. Expect a strong focus on self-sourced opportunities, a fast-paced deal cycle, and lots of room to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Own the full sales cycle for transactional opportunities, typically single solution or small multi-solution deals.
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively source your own leads and build pipeline through outbound outreach.
  • Inbound & Territory Support: Qualify and close inbound leads and support smaller opportunities in AE territories as needed.
  • Customer Engagement: Sell to both new prospects and existing customers, positioning value, managing objections, and driving urgency.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives, SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a connected customer experience.
  • Forecasting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM and contribute to forecast calls and reporting rhythms.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently deliver against a monthly revenue quota with a focus on volume, pace, and precision.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a sales development or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets, manage multiple opportunities, and move fast.
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills, confident on the phone and in writing.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Coachable, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of your own sales performance.
  • Comfortable working from the Guildford office 4–5 days a week as part of a high energy team.
