Role Breakdown
- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing SME clients. Understand customer shipping habits and identify areas for optimisation. Provide personalised service and follow‑up support.
- Sales Training & Development: Take part in an in‑depth 12‑month programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning. Learn through a mix of residential training, classroom sessions, shadowing, and field coaching.
- Account Management: Once accounts are onboarded, ensure clients are fully supported with pricing, billing, queries, and service improvements. Become a trusted advisor able to problem‑solve quickly and collaboratively.
