As Head of Marketing, you will own the entire marketing function — brand, demand generation, content, events, digital channels, and partner marketing. You will be a senior strategic leader and hands-on executor, working directly with the Sales Director and commercial leadership to drive qualified pipeline, elevate brand authority, and build the marketing engine that underpins their growth. Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally within an IT services, managed services, or technology consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programmes that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep experience in content marketing, ABM, digital marketing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Experience working within or alongside a Microsoft partner ecosystem — understanding of Microsoft GTM, co-sell, and partner marketing motions.
  • Strong analytical mindset — ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; personal credibility to represent them at senior customer and partner levels.
  • Experience managing and developing a marketing team.
