The Role
As Team Leader, you’ll manage a junior team of 13 Sales Representatives, with headcount set to increase as the department continues its strong growth trajectory. Your focus will be on coaching, motivating, and developing your team to hit ambitious sales targets in a lively call‑centre environment. You’ll lead from the front, bringing structure, energy, and accountability to a team that’s hungry to succeed.
