The Role
As a Junior Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and introducing solutions that help improve the efficiency of their business operations.
Working in a supportive and target-driven environment, you'll receive ongoing coaching and development while building confidence in sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through a combination of inbound and outbound calls
- Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective questioning
- Present products and services confidently and professionally
- Follow proven sales processes while developing your own personal style
- Accurately maintain customer records and activity on internal systems
- Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets
- Identify opportunities to generate additional business and referrals
