Full Sales Training | Fast-Track Progression | Lifetime Commission

Looking to launch your career in sales? This opportunity is designed specifically for ambitious individuals at the beginning of their careers. If you're looking for your first role in sales, have recently graduated, or have gained experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer‑facing environment, this could be the perfect next step.

This is not a role for experienced Account Executives, Account Managers, or senior sales professionals with several years of industry experience. Instead, we're looking for people with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to build a successful long‑term career in sales.

Joining a growing international business, you'll receive extensive training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for progression into more senior sales positions while earning excellent commission from day one.

The Opportunity

As an Entry Level SDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging prospective business customers
  • Conducting outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Building relationships with key decision‑makers
  • Qualifying opportunities and identifying customer needs
  • Booking meetings and generating sales opportunities
  • Learning effective sales, negotiation, and business development techniques
  • Managing your own pipeline and activity levels
  • Working closely with senior sales professionals to support business growth

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the foundations of a successful sales career while developing valuable commercial skills in a fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Receive

  • £35,000 starting salary
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Realistic first‑year earnings of £70,000‑£80,000+
  • Lifetime commission on every account you help bring into the business
  • Structured onboarding and training programme
  • Ongoing coaching and mentorship
  • Clear progression opportunities based on performance
  • Team socials and incentive events
  • Long‑term career development within a growing business

What We're Looking For

We are far more interested in attitude and potential than previous sales experience. Successful candidates are likely to be:

  • Ambitious and career‑driven
  • Confident communicators
  • Competitive and motivated by success
  • Positive, resilient, and self‑motivated
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
  • Looking for a long‑term career with progression opportunities

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sports, events, or other people‑focused environments would be beneficial but is not essential.

Please Note: This is a full‑time office‑based position in Reading, working five days per week. If you're looking for an opportunity where hard work is rewarded, progression is based on performance, and you can build a successful career in sales from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

We believe that diversity makes us stronger and more innovative. We warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
