We’re working with an international logistics business that’s transforming how SMEs manage their supply chains through an innovative online platform. They’re now looking for graduates and early-career individuals to join as Business Development Representatives. This role is designed as a starting point — no extensive sales or industry experience required.
The Role
As a BDR, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities and building the top of the sales pipeline. You’ll be speaking with business owners, booking and attending meetings, and learning how to position a solution that helps companies save money and operate more efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to SMEs via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads
- Booking meetings and creating sales opportunities for the wider team
- Learning how to position a digital platform that simplifies logistics and freight
- Supporting clients in understanding how to reduce supply chain costs
- Building confidence in client-facing interactions and consultative selling
Who This Role Is For
