We're looking for a driven and people-focused Account Manager to join a fast-growing Saa S business in Epsom.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to work in a commercial environment where progression is based on performance.

You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers, building strong relationships, driving renewals, protecting revenue, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 existing customer accounts.
  • Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact.
  • Leading renewal conversations and securing contract extensions.
  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Protecting revenue by proactively identifying churn risks.
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitoring account performance and customer engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate records and account plans.

About You

  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in sales and account growth.
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Previous Account Management experience is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
