The role: We’re looking for a motivated and results‑driven B2B Sales Professional to join our growing team. The role will focus on prospecting, converting, and managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, primarily through telesales, LinkedIn outreach, and email approach. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities using telesales, LinkedIn outreach, and email approaches.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • Utilise various platforms and tools to uncover potential clients and introduce them to Your NRG’s commercial fuel offerings.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with decision‑makers to assess their fuel needs, offer solutions and pricing, and convert to customers.
  • Build and manage your client base by providing ongoing support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross‑selling.
  • Maximise margins through effective pricing and negotiation, ensuring both competitive offerings and profitability.
  • Act as the point of contact for customers, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Liaise with Credit and Transport teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular check‑ins and reviews.
