Flourish are recruiting for a Direct sales manager based in the South of England responsible for overseeing the performance of an area based BDM team.
You will be responsible for managing a team of seven senior sellers who specialise in closing revenue in a face to face capacity. You will also be expected to support your team, attend client sites and do what you can to \”move the needle\”
Your impact will be measured by your teams performance and this is what you\’ll be measured on.
Requirements:
- 5 plus years in sales (closing roles)
- Experience managing and coaching high performers
- Experience in the SaaS sector will be beneficial
- Experience managing high performing sales teams
- Ability to travel across the south of England (expenses covered)
- Understanding of Hubspot and other tech stacks
- Ability to liaise with C-Suite stakeholders
Important Information:
- A valid driving license is required
- all travel expenses are covered
- The role is remote (south UK) however you will be expected to travel to the Surrey area once or twice a month.
- Starting salary of £90-£100k base with double OTE
- ECV Scheme on successful completion of probation (6 months)
