Flourish Medical is recruiting an experienced Head Dental Nurse on behalf of a well-established private dental practice in the Birmingham area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated Dental Nurse looking to take the next step in their career or for an existing Head Dental Nurse seeking a new challenge within a modern practice offering advanced treatments including implants, cosmetic dentistry, and sedation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the clinical team, maintaining high standards of patient care, and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. Previous UK dental nursing experience is essential for this position.

What we're looking for
- Current GDC registration as a Dental Nurse
- Previous experience working within a UK dental practice
- Senior Dental Nurse or Head Dental Nurse experience preferred
- Implant nursing experience highly desirable
- Sedation nursing experience or relevant training advantageous
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of infection prevention, decontamination procedures, and CQC standards
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
Your responsibilities may include
- Leading and supporting the nursing team
- Providing chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures
- Assisting with implant and sedation treatments
