Salary: £25,650 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £8,250)

What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and outbound activity
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to closing business
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Present proposals confidently and overcome objections professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
- Work towards and exceed revenue, activity and performance targets
What You’ll Bring

- Sales, customer service or business development experience is beneficial
- Strong organisation and time-management abilities
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
