As an SDR you are responsible for creating early-stage pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects. You will work across both inbound and outbound channels to spark meaningful conversations and book high‑quality meetings for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to targeted prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social touches.
- Follow up with inbound leads to qualify interest and next steps.
- Run focused outreach campaigns to increase the company's visibility in priority markets.
- Research accounts to understand their structure, challenges, and potential fit with the company.
- Communicate our value clearly to stakeholders across HR, operations, and the C‑suite.
- Partner closely with AEs to build account strategies and support early deal stages.
- Keep accurate CRM records and stay on top of activity and meeting targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and help generate new contacts.
What we’re looking for

- 1+ year of SDR/BDR experience, ideally selling to enterprise customers.
