As a Business Development Representative, you’ll focus on the Nordics market, generating high-quality sales opportunities and developing into a top-performing SaaS sales professional through structured training and hands-on coaching.
Key responsibilities:- Book meetings with decision-makers through targeted outbound outreach
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns
- Research accounts and tailor messaging using buyer-intent tools
- Execute structured call and email cadences
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to hit targets
- 1–3 years’ experience in a quota-carrying BDR or sales role (SaaS preferred)
- Confident with cold calling and outbound email
