We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing, high-performing sales team in the City of London. This is a high-volume outbound calling role where success is driven by activity, resilience, and results.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Engaging and qualifying senior decision-makers across target accounts
  • Booking meetings for Account Executives and driving early-stage pipeline
  • Building rapport quickly and uncovering client needs
  • Accurately tracking activity and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding call and revenue targets
