About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for expanding the company’s new customer base by working a blend of inbound and self-generated outbound leads. You’ll manage opportunities end-to-end - from initial qualification to negotiation and close - while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, legal, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This role combines strategy, communication, and commercial focus. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all activity and customer data is up to date.
- Own the full sales lifecycle: qualify, nurture, negotiate, and close opportunities.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and consistently work your pipeline to meet sales targets.
- Partner with internal teams to share insights and support a smooth customer journey.
- Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach and manage inbound leads from new prospects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demos, proposals, and pricing presentations.
- Articulate product value clearly, gather feedback, and address objections confidently.
- Communicate professionally across email and phone, meeting agreed SLAs.
- Stay sharp through ongoing product and sales-methodology training.

- 3+ years’ experience in new logo / new name sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills—written and verbal.
- Skilled negotiator with a track record of closing deals and building strong relationships.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, the competitive landscape, and tech products.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
