Flourish Medical is delighted to be supporting the recruitment of an Orthodontist to join an established and patient-focused dental practice in Church Stretton on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist clinician seeking a flexible one-day-per-week commitment within a welcoming and professionally supported environment. This role offers the opportunity to build and grow an orthodontic patient base while working alongside an experienced and collaborative clinical team.

Key Requirements for the Orthodontist:

  • GDC registered Dentist
  • Recognised Orthodontic qualification essential (MOrth / MSc Orthodontics / Specialist qualification or equivalent)
  • Previous UK dental experience required
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Confident managing orthodontic consultations, treatment planning and delivery
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities of the Orthodontist will include:

  • Delivering high-quality orthodontic assessment and treatment
  • Developing tailored treatment plans to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Managing patient journeys from consultation through to completion
  • Providing clear communication and clinical guidance throughout treatment
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and compliance standards
  • Working collaboratively with the wider practice team
  • Supporting the continued development of orthodontic services within the practice
