As a Business Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for new business. Your mission is simple: start conversations, identify opportunities, and book high‑quality meetings for our Business Development Managers. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling prospective clients across the UK to introduce our services and solutions
- Educating prospects on our offering and the benefits of beautiful, sustainable workspace design
- Qualifying opportunities through effective questioning
- Booking high‑quality meetings for the BDM team
- Using CRM tools to manage conversations, notes, and pipeline activity
- Working towards clear KPIs: calls, meetings booked, opportunities created
- Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
- Bringing energy, resilience, and team spirit every day
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence on the phone and the ability to handle rejection calmly
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM tools
