Our client, an established property services and facilities management firm, is hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027. This is a high-value, tender-driven sale — targeting individual projects in the £300k-£2m range — for a business with over a decade of delivery behind it across design-build, maintenance, and compliance services. Reporting to the Associate Director, you'll be central to the firm's next phase of commercial growth.

What You'll Own
- Building and managing a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027, targeting projects between £300k and £2m
- Securing a minimum of five new independent business clients per year through proactive prospecting, research, and networking
- Preparing tender submissions, capability documents, and commercial materials for maintenance, refurbishment, and project work — working closely with business unit leaders and the MD
- Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, acting as primary point of contact for commercial discussions
- Tracking pipeline performance, forecasting, and conversion through CRM, and reporting to leadership on a weekly/monthly basis
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing large-value pipelines (£10m+), with strong forecasting and commercial awareness
- A strong background in quoting, proposal writing, and tender submissions
- Understanding of facilities management, maintenance, or project-based service delivery — or the ability to pick up sector knowledge quickly
- Confident, credible client-facing communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and finance to get commercially viable proposals over the line
Compensation & Package
£70,000 base, plus a 3% profit-share bonus.
