As a BDM, you’ll be trusted early to:
- Speak directly with businesses
- Identify real opportunities
- Build relationships that turn into revenue
You won’t just “generate leads” - you’ll own the front end of deals and play a visible part in closing them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reaching out to businesses and starting meaningful conversations
- Identifying challenges around IT, cloud, and cybersecurity
- Qualifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing your own pipeline of prospects
- Booking and leading discovery calls with decision-makers
- Working alongside senior sales and technical teams to move deals forward
