We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a welcoming mixed dental practice in Bishop's Castle, SY9. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent earning potential, a supportive working environment and the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours. You'll become part of a small group of independent practices that values high-quality patient care and long-term career development.

Working with Flourish Medical as an Associate Dentist offers you:
- Permanent position within a supportive, independently owned group of practices
- £13.00-£15.00 per UDA
- 45% private income split
- 50% laboratory bill split
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Full-time preferred, although part-time will be considered
- A friendly team focused on delivering exceptional patient care
Required Skills & Experience for this Associate Dentist:
- GDC registration with the right to work in the UK
- Previous UK dental practice experience
- Strong treatment planning and clinical execution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable and patient-focused manner
- Suitable for Associate Dentist, General Dentist and/or Mixed Dentist
As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:
