Flourish are working with a high-growth MSP and IT reseller in the Midlands that’s scaling quickly and investing heavily in its sales team. They’re hiring an SDR to join a high-performing commercial function, focused on building pipeline and creating opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients. You don’t need prior sales experience — but you do need the right attitude: driven, resilient, and serious about building a career in sales.
The Role
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team in progressing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Development & Pipeline
- Prospecting and engaging new customers
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Booking meetings and identifying new opportunities
- Supporting campaigns across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure & managed services
- Sales Support
- Partnering with senior sales professionals on active deals
