An established UK IT distributor is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of reseller partners, including MSPs, VARs, and e-tailers. This is a high-activity, commercially focused role centred on:

  • Generating new revenue opportunities
  • Expanding partner spend through consultative selling

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across reseller accounts
  • Re-engage lapsed partners and convert them into active revenue streams
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and switch-selling opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong, consistent sales pipeline
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and weekly pipeline reporting
  • Promote a full portfolio of IT hardware and services
  • Manage the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting through to order delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, purchasing, support) to maximise deal success
  • Communicate vendor promotions, market trends, and commercial opportunities
