This is a field-based position, so much of your time will be spent meeting clients, getting to know their challenges, and introducing solutions that can support their growth.

What you’ll be doing
- Identifying and approaching potential new customers within your territory
- Booking and attending face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Understanding how businesses operate and where improvements can be made
- Introducing relevant services that add value and solve key challenges
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities
- Working towards individual targets with support from the wider team
What you’ll bring

- Confidence speaking to new people and building relationships in person
- Resilience and motivation to work towards targets
- Interest in sales, business, or commercial environments
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential for this field-based role)
- Previous experience isn’t essential, but any customer-facing experience is beneficial

Progression
