The Role
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, and social platforms
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers
- Scheduling meetings for the senior sales team
- Building rapport with prospective clients
- Following up on enquiries and quotations
- Supporting customer retention initiatives
- Reactivating previous customer accounts
- Updating and maintaining CRM records
- Working towards individual and team-based targets
