The Role
This is a 360 commercial role where you'll manage and grow client relationships while also identifying new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and needs
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional services
- Speaking with new prospects and generating opportunities
- Supporting the sales process through to conversion
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of both new and existing business
