Private Associate Dentist - Market Harborough
We are recruiting for a Private Associate Dentist to join a brand-new, fully private dental practice in Market Harborough, anticipated to open in February 2027.
This is a particularly exciting opportunity for a dentist looking to join a new practice from its launch, without the usual challenges associated with building a patient base entirely from scratch. The owners already have a successful, established private dental practice in Market Harborough, with an existing patient base and the ability to move patients between both locations.
The practice can initially offer a minimum of 2 days per week, with the potential to increase days depending on the Associate, their availability and the needs of the practice.
Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. UK-based dental experience is essential for this role.

Required Skills & Experience for this Private Associate Dentist:
- GDC registration
- Appropriate qualifications to practise dentistry in the UK
- Previous UK-based dental experience
- Experience delivering high-quality private dentistry
- Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to providing high standards of clinical care
- A proactive approach to building and maintaining a private patient list
- Suitable for Private Associate Dentist, Private Dentist and/or Associate Dentist
As a Private Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing high-quality private dental treatments and patient care
- Building and maintaining a strong private patient list
- Assessing patients and creating appropriate individual treatment plans
- Developing positive, long-term relationships with patients
