Key Responsibilities- Manage your own territory and build relationships with suppliers and hospitals.
- Be a key part of the sales team and receive excellent development and support.
- Work within the company’s core values: Together, Profitable, Growth & Sustainable.
- Gain competence and confidence on the company’s products and services through formal training and in-field training opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets.
- Attain agreed objectives to gain access to performance-related commission.
- Interact with colleagues to personally develop and share best practices.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Uncover new business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively at all levels.
- Collate, track and develop sales projects.
- Co-ordinate sales efforts with team members and through effective cross-functional working.
- Coordinate designated area meeting follow-ups, product support, logistics, installations, and regional educational events.
- At least three successful years selling capital equipment into Operating Theatres.
- 2 - 3 years in a business-to-business field-based role.
- Relevant hospital theatre accreditations held or attained soon after employment.
- An ability to identify opportunities and convert these opportunities into sales.
- Learning, developing, supporting colleagues, functioning in a high-performing team, communication, winning.
