- Generating new sales opportunities through outbound outreach
- Qualifying leads and identifying customer requirements
- Booking appointments for Business Development Managers
- Building relationships with prospective clients
- Following up on marketing campaigns and enquiries
- Managing customer communications effectively
- Keeping CRM records accurate and updated
- Supporting wider business growth initiatives
