This role forms part of a structured Account Management and Sales Development scheme designed to take high‑potential individuals from Sales Executive to Senior Account Partner within four years. From day one, you’ll be supported with structured training, 1‑to‑1 coaching from senior leaders, and ownership of your own accounts.
