Flourish are on the hunt for Junior Enterprise Account Managers for our client, a leader in the Business Telecoms space. Our client is an award-winning Business Telecoms provider, offering business mobile & broadband, connectivity and cloud-based communications solutions, managing over a million services for 80,000+ business customers. Awarded ‘Best Enterprise Contact Centre Solution’ at comms national awards.
Basic salary of £28k base + 10k-12k commission (yr1).
The Role:
You will be an integral part of the Enterprise Account team, focusing on managing 18-20 Enterprise Accounts and supporting Client Directors on Strategic/Major Accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve individual sales targets in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Working with world renowned brands you will deliver world class solutions to your customers. Responsibilities:
- Retain, grow, Cross-Sell
- Assist account managers in the field by picking up tenders and reporting on monthly spend.
- Build strong relationships and client intimacy to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and map out new business opportunities.
- Reach out to both new businesses and current accounts to generate leads.
- Use the Salesforce CRM system to manage contacts and guide them through a structured process to secure meetings.
- Effectively troubleshoot and perform necessary administrative duties to resolve client issues and implement solutions.
- Set up meetings, remove barriers to new services, and write effective follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs, cross-sell services, grow revenue, and replenish services within existing accounts.
- Identify and track customer commercial usage and provide feedback to customers.
