This is a 360 position, giving you ownership of your pipeline and relationships from day one. You’ll:
- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, project requirements, and timelines
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across commercial interiors and workspace environments
- Manage deals end‑to‑end — from initial outreach through to close and beyond
- Collaborate internally to ensure client solutions are delivered effectively
- Focus on long‑term value, repeat business, and account growth
