What You'll Do

  • Manage and progress a pipeline of active opportunities
  • Run discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and commercial conversations
  • Own customer renewals and support expansion within existing accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs
  • Build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and updates in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to create a smooth customer journey
  • Share insights from customer conversations to improve processes and messaging
