We are recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join a well-established private dental practice in Worcester on a permanent basis with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, professional and patient-focused practice offering full-time hours across just four weekdays, providing an excellent work-life balance without compromising on earnings.

Working with Flourish Medical as a Dental Nurse offers you:
- £13.00–£14.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications (approximately £26,000–£29,000 per annum based on a 37.5-hour week)
- 1% performance bonus based on the earnings generated by the dentists you support
- Full-time hours
- One Saturday per month required
- GDC registration paid

Required Skills & Experience for this Dental Nurse:
- Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration
- Previous dental practice experience

As a Dental Nurse, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing chairside support across a range of private dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, equipment and instruments
- Following infection prevention and control procedures
- Supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Assisting with patient communication and appointment management
- Working collaboratively with the wider practice team
The practice is based in Worcester and is easily commutable from Droitwich Spa, Malvern, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Pershore, Evesham, Redditch and surrounding areas.
