We are currently recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join a well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in the picturesque market town of Uppingham. This is an excellent opportunity offering 28 hours per week across 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) within a supportive, patient-focused clinical environment. Immediate start available. This Dental Nurse role will benefit from:
- 28 hours per week across 4 days
- Shifts are Mon 8.20am-5.20pm, Tuesday 8.20am-2.20pm, Wed day off, Thurs 8.20am-5.20pm, Fri 8.20am-2.20pm or 7.20am-1.20pm

Key Requirements of the Dental Nurse will be:
- GDC registered Dental Nurse
- Previous dental nursing experience essential
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role responsibilities of this Dental Nurse will include:
- Assisting clinicians during a range of NHS and private dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with cross-infection control and decontamination procedures
- Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment
- Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Managing stock levels and ordering supplies when required
- Providing excellent patient care and customer service
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
