Flourish Medical is currently recruiting a GDC-registered Private Dentist for a permanent 3-day-per-week position at a well-established fully private dental practice in Pershore. This opportunity is ideal for a Dentist seeking a stable, long-term role within a modern practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This position is commutable from Worcester, Cheltenham, Birmingham and Evesham.
The Role – Private Dentist
- Permanent position working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- 40-50% private fee split with excellent earning potential and established patient demand

Key Responsibilities – Private Dentist
- Provide high-quality private dental treatment and patient care
- Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver a range of general dentistry treatments to a high clinical standard
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Deliver excellent communication and patient experience
- Work collaboratively with the wider dental team
- Follow all current GDC, CQC, and cross-infection control guidelines
